By booking an appointment with Dead Hands Barbers, you agree to the following:
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged at 50% of the service cost.
Failure to attend (no-show) may result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment time may be reduced or rescheduled. Full charges may still apply.
Payments
Payment is accepted via cash or card unless otherwise agreed.
Conduct
Please be respectful of the shop, equipment, and others at all times.
Dead Hands Barbers reserves the right to refuse service where behaviour is inappropriate.
Barber Availability
In the unlikely event that Dead Hands Barbers needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative appointment as soon as possible.
